The Train Tickets listed are all of the Ticket on Departure (ToD) type, meaning they were purchased online and collected at a Ticket Vending Machine (TVM). Other purchase methods (e.g. buying directly at the station) are not covered here.
Operator refers to the operator labelled on the Ticket Vending Machine (TVM), which may differ from the station's managing operator. For example, London Victoria is managed by Network Rail, but its TVMs include those branded Southern and Southeastern.
Entries marked Ticket Office indicate the ticket was collected from a staffed ticket office window, not a TVM.
